Shipping Charges

  • FREE SHIPPING is available on all orders across India.

  • No minimum order value is required for free shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Options

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes.

  • A ₹99 convenience fee is applicable on all COD orders.

  • The COD fee is non-refundable.

Prepaid Orders – Extra Discount

  • Customers choosing prepaid payment methods (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, wallets) can avail an additional 5% OFF.

  • Use coupon code PREPAID at checkout to apply the discount.

  • This discount is applicable even after other ongoing discounts.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

  • You can track your order using the link provided by the courier partner.

Delivery Attempt & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal of COD orders may result in order cancellation.

Important Notes

  • Ambika Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD facility for future purchases.
