Order Cancellation

Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Cancellation requests raised after dispatch will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Prepaid Order Cancellations

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the paid amount will be reversed to the original payment method.

Refunds for prepaid cancellations will be processed within 3–4 working days after cancellation confirmation.

The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

No refund is applicable for COD orders, as no payment is collected in advance.
