Cancellation Policy – Ambika Boutique

At Ambika Boutique, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Cancellation requests raised after dispatch will not be entertained under any circumstances.


Prepaid Order Cancellations

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the paid amount will be reversed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds for prepaid cancellations will be processed within 3–4 working days after cancellation confirmation.

  • The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • No refund is applicable for COD orders, as no payment is collected in advance.

Important Notes

  • Ambika Boutique reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on order status.

  • Orders that are already packed, shipped, or handed over to courier partners cannot be cancelled.

  • Repeated order cancellations may result in restriction of COD or order placement privileges.
